Reservation and payment
Reservation made more than 2 months prior to check-in date must be for a minimum of 4 nights, unless differently advertised or there is a gap in the booking calendar. Otherwise, the minimum reservation is 2 nights.
The signatory to the booking must be a member of the renting party and must be at least 21 years old. Reservations are subject to availability.
Rates are per whole home, not per person. Maximum 2 persons are allowed per each bedroom.
Your payment and the reservation will be promptly confirmed through your e-mail address.
A booking deposit of $200 is required at reservation. This booking deposit will count toward your total payment for your reservation, but is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.
Full payment for reservations must be made at least 2 months before scheduled check-in date. The booking deposit will become a part of the full payment.
The owner may cancel the booking if full payment is not received by the due date (2 months before scheduled check-in). The booking deposit will be forfeited.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND A CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM THE RESORT IS OBTAINED.
Taxes and Fees
Please add 12% local tax to all rates.
An $85 one-time house cleaning charge will be applied for each rental. If more than regular cleaning is required after your departure, the cost of the extra cleaning may be deducted from your security deposit.
The resort fee of $12.95/day per house (not per person) paid at check-in to the Regal Palms management, for using all resort facilities (pools, fitness center, etc.), is not included in our prices.
A returnable $500 security deposit may be required at check-in by the Regal Palms management company. Any damage to the rental property, extra cleaning, or loss that occurs, will be covered from your security deposit.
Home Usage and Rules
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE PERMITTED. Our homes are suitable for guests with allergies and this rule is strictly enforced. Guests violating this rule will be immediately removed from the home and will forfeit their rental fee and security deposit.
Smoking is allowed outside of the home only.
Maid service is not provided.
Guest may use the special telephone located in the living room near the stairs for free unlimited calls in U.S. and Canada. Using any other telephone line in the house for calls outside the resort may incur a charge payable to the resort management.
A garbage bin for your use is located behind the home.
Swimming pools open at 8:30 AM and close at 11:00 PM.
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. No refunds provided for early departures.
Check-in Procedure
Upon your arrival, after registering at the front desk, check your home for cleanliness. You must report any deficiency within 30 minutes. To report an issue, please contact either the front desk or our property management company, SAVE Property Management (telephone: 863-557-4796). Please note that dishes in the home are run through the dish washer once prior to your arrival. We recommend that you run the dishwasher again as needed to get the dishes clean to your standards.
If you encounter any deficiency with the rental home during your stay (maintenance needs, missing items, etc.), please immediately contact the front desk at the resort for assistance. The kitchen telephone provides a convenient direct line to the front desk. The staff at the front desk are responsible for addressing and remedying any problems with the home that are brought to their attention.
Cancellations
Guest (renter) may cancel booking any time; however, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellation more than 2 months before check-in date – booking deposit will be forfeited (but the remainder of the rental payment, if any, will be returned).
- Less than 2 months before scheduled check-in date – 50% of the rental payment (but not more than for 30 days) will be forfeited.
- Less than 10 days before scheduled check-in date or after check-in – 100% of the rental payment for the first 7 days of reservation and 50% of the rental payment for the remaining days of the reservation (but not more than 30 days total) will be forfeited.
- Renter may find a qualified replacement for his booking and only pay an administration fee of $30 (100% of rental fee will be reimbursed).
Changing your booking to earlier days or up to 10 days later than original dates is possible, if the new requested dates are available. For the second or more change(s) in the same booking, a $30 administrative fee will be charged.
