* The daily rate decreases to the SPECIAL rate of $69 and $79 for 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes respectively, starting on the 8th day of your stay. SPECIAL rates also apply to all gaps of less than 5 days in our booking calendar.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Regal Palms Resort charges a resort fee of $10/day per townhome in addition to our rates.
