Map of Regal Palms Regal Palms are situated in an ideal location, near Disney World Resort. Getting there is easy, as they are near the major highways that will take you to and from any central Florida destination you may wish to visit.

Our homes are located on Verona Avenue which is just next to the recreational facilities (clubhouse, fitness centre, swimming pools, etc.). See picture at left — our homes are highlighted in yellow.

Note: In the resort diagram to the left, the tennis court and one pool in the upper-right are planned but not yet constructed.

Driving Directions from Hwy 192 or I-4:

Take Highway 27 either south from Highway 192 or north from Interstate 4.

Go to Sand Mine Road on the west side of Highway 27. (You will see the Publix Plaza on the corner of Highway 27 and Sand Mine Rd.)

Take Sand Mine Road west to Regal Palms resort, located on the right side of Sand Mine Road (2700 Sand Mine Road, Davenport).

Stop in the reception office inside the clubhouse to register and pick up keycards.
